Partial Home Staging
This package includes the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom staged.
Cost: Monthly Rental of .15% of the list price per month + one time staging fee of $650.
Ex: List price of 250k. $375 (Monthly Rental) + $650 (staging fee). Initial payment $1025 due on staging date. $375 for each additional 30 day period.
Full Vacant Home Staging
This package includes each interior room of the home staged + one exterior space if provided.
Cost: Monthly Rental of .30% of the list price per month + one time staging fee of $650.
Ex: List price of 250k. $750 (Monthly Rental) + $650 (Staging fee). Initial payment of $1400 due on staging date. $750 for each additional 30 day period.
Full Vacant Home Staging with Deferred Payment until Closing
This packaged includes each interior room staged + one exterior space if provided. This package is for 90 days- covering you throughout escrow + closing. If you go past 90 days, each month is then billed at .25% of the list price. All due at closing. If home is pulled from market, staging fees are due at on de stage date.
Cost: 1% of the initial list price of the home. No Staging fee charged. No reimbursement if home sells sooner than 90 days.
Ex: List price of 250k. $2500 due on closing date.
